A live-action to machine transformation sequence generated entirely through AI, featuring the director himself as the performer. The piece investigates the capability of AI generation tools to maintain subject identity while executing a seamless structural metamorphosis — transitioning a vehicle and its driver into a fully articulated mechanical form.

The project explores how AI handles morphological continuity, motion physics, and material transitions in a single uninterrupted take, pushing the boundaries of what is achievable without traditional VFX compositing workflows.
